Our Staff

Dr. Kenny Hibbard, founder and lead pastor, is a straightforward Bible teacher who uniquely connects God’s unchanging biblical truth with today’s culture. Kenny's creative conversational style of teaching is practical, inspirational and easy to understand.

Kenny received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Baylor University. He also holds a Master of Divinity with biblical languages degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a BA in Biblical Studies from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Kenny is married to Kelly and they have 4 children: Peyton, Ellie, Brady and Landry Kate.

It is the belief and firm conviction of Team Church that the Bible gives clear teaching concerning the functions and roles that godly servant leadership needs to fulfill in a healthy local church. At Team Church, the pastoral staff is responsible for leading the day-to-day ministry, mission and vision of our church. The Lead Team serves as the overall governing and support team for Team Church in fulfilling our vision and mission.
